Use the email address and password you registered with. If you have forgotten the password, choose "Forgot password" on the login panel and follow the link sent to your inbox. Five failed attempts lock the account for 15 minutes.

Australian law requires us to confirm your identity before you can withdraw. Upload a driver licence or passport plus one proof of address; most checks complete within a few minutes, and we will email you if anything is missing.

Your account page holds your personal details, deposit limits, transaction history and communication preferences. Changes to contact details take effect immediately; a change of name needs a fresh identity document.

Go to Account → Security, enter your current password and the new one twice. Use at least eight characters with a letter and a number. All other sessions are signed out when the password changes.

A break locks wagering for a period you choose — from 24 hours to six months. It starts immediately and cannot be shortened once set. Deposits are blocked for the whole period.

Contact support from the email on your account and ask for closure. Any remaining balance is returned to your registered payment method after the final settlement of open bets.

Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with. Debit-card and PayPal payouts usually arrive within one to three business days once your identity is verified.

You can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit at any time from Account → Limits or the Deposit Limits page. A lower limit applies immediately; a higher one starts after a seven-day cooling-off period.

If a deposit is declined, check the card is a debit card and has not expired. Pending deposits older than 30 minutes should be reported to support with the transaction reference from your bank.

pumt123 offers pre-match markets only: bets are accepted up to the scheduled start of the event. Once play begins the market closes and no further bets are taken.

Bets are settled on the official result published by the governing body. Draws in two-way markets are void and stakes returned unless a draw price was offered.

If an event is postponed for more than 48 hours or abandoned before a result is declared, single bets are void and multi legs are treated as odds of 1.00.

If your runner is scratched, your bet is refunded. Fixed-odds bets on the remaining field may be subject to deductions in line with the Australian racing deduction table.

Fixed odds lock the price at the time you bet. Where a tote price is shown, the final dividend is declared after the race by the relevant totalisator.

Same Race Multi combines two or more runners from one race into a single bet. Every leg must succeed for the bet to pay. Odds are calculated when the bet is built.

Balances are kept apart. To wager in Showdown you deposit into the Showdown account directly; funds do not transfer between the two environments.

Deposit limits, breaks and self-exclusion set on your main account do not carry across. Set them separately in Showdown before you wager there.

Ask support to close the Showdown account from the email registered to it. Closing one account does not affect the other.

pumt123 never asks for your password or full card number by email or phone. Genuine messages come from an @pumt123.bet address and never link to a login form.

If you see a transaction you do not recognise, contact support with the date and amount. We can freeze the account while it is investigated.

A one-time code confirms new devices, password changes and withdrawals to a new method. Keep the phone number on your account current so codes reach you.
