ABOUT DEPOSIT LIMITS
A deposit limit is a tool that allows you to set a maximum amount you can deposit into your pumt123 account within a defined period. Deposit limits help you stay in control of your wagering spend by capping the total amount of funds you can add to your account. Once a deposit limit is set, you cannot deposit more than the specified amount within the chosen period. Deposit limits apply to all deposit methods available on pumt123.

WHAT COUNTS AS A DEPOSIT
A deposit is any transfer of funds into your pumt123 wagering account. This includes deposits made via debit card, bank transfer or any other approved payment method. Winnings, returns and account adjustments are not classified as deposits for the purpose of deposit limits.

WHEN THE LIMIT IS REQUIRED
Under applicable Victorian regulations, pumt123 must offer deposit limit functionality. You may be prompted to set a deposit limit during account registration or at any time through your account settings. If you have not set a deposit limit, you may be reminded to do so periodically.

LIMIT PERIODS
You can set a deposit limit for one of the following periods:
- Daily — resets every 24 hours from the time the limit was set
- Weekly — resets every 7 days
- Monthly — resets every 30 days

CHANGING YOUR LIMIT
Decreasing your deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing your deposit limit is subject to a cooling-off period before the higher limit becomes active. This cooling-off period is designed to prevent impulsive increases and support responsible wagering. You can change your deposit limit at any time through your account settings.
Limit decreases are applied immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.

FEE RESTRICTIONS & WAIVERS
pumt123 does not charge fees for setting, changing or removing deposit limits. The deposit limit tool is provided as a free responsible gambling feature.

DEPOSIT LIMITS & TIME ACTIVITY
Your deposit limit period is tracked from the time the limit was first set or last modified. Activity statements and transaction history are available through your account to help you monitor your deposit activity against your current limit.

DEPOSIT LIMITS AND BETTING
Deposit limits control the amount you can deposit. They do not restrict the amount you can wager from existing account funds.
